Wow, from day one it was a nightmare. The first room had spider webs inside and outside the windows. Of course, there were spiders in the room as well. There were half cleaned stains on all the mirrors and the tv channels were snowy. So, I had my room changed. The next room was a little better, still dirty mirrors but a better tv and cleaner windows and sills. Until, it was time for bed and there was blood on the comforter. So, I move again around midnite. The next room had wet linen on the bed and we eventually moved to another room. Supposedly a suite. Right! Are you kidding me?!?!?! This room hhadd missing bulbs, and again damp linen on the bed, and don't forget the very apparent stain on the bed cover. This was the worst and longest 2 nites ever.

We would return to this hotel. Lots of space in the clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely furnished room. Only suggestion is to have more active service staff. They seemed young and friendly but with unclear "person in charge."

My sister and I stayed here before our early morning flight from MKE. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. The hotel bar had great staff working who were very personable. I would stay there again for sure.

Good location. excellent staff, clean room but large quantity of rooms are for smokers. We named this hotel as "Smokers Paradise". We asked for a non somoking room and the staff tried hard to give us the room. They moved us by the 3rd day, that was OK but nice from them.

I was placed in a room for a person with disabilities (with two beds) despite the fact that the person at the front desk said it was a regular room with a king sized bed. The shower was very awkward and the bathroom floor was constantly wet each time the shower was used. Dining was the WORST. My husband was served a half cooked pork chop at breakfast. After the second day (we purchased breakfast vouchers for six days) we refused to eat there again. A person across the hall ordered room service and refused to eat the majority of what was ordered. I don't recommend dining in the restaurant for any meal. I also noticed that we never received a daily paper no matter how many times I informed the front desk staff of this. Parking was also a problem.
